LYNN CENTINO: Master Trainer, Invictus Founder

3x Professional Athlete | Arnold Classic 2020 Overall Champion | Coach & Wellness Expert


Reaching nearly 30 years in the fitness industry, training and working in all modalities of health, I am a 3-time professional athlete and the Arnold Classic 2020 Overall Figure Champion. My passion for health and transformation extends far beyond the stage. I've dedicated my life to helping people of all fitness levels and ages to build strength, confidence, and balance from the inside out.


My coaching philosophy is rooted in holistic health — combining individualized training, nutrition, and mindset strategies to help each client achieve lasting results. Whether the goal is to gain strength, sculpt muscle, lose body fat, or simply live a healthier, happier life, I seek to empower clients to unlock their full potential and discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

MICHAEL KOTLABA : Personal Trainer

M.S. Kinesiology, Exercise Science | ACSM Personal Trainer | NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist

Originally from Danville, Virginia, I spent several years in San Diego, California —  the city of beaches and sunshine. Here I not only found my awe for the Pacific Ocean but also my passion for helping others become healthier through exercise. I was able to work with an incredible variety of people at local YMCAs, independent gyms and cardiac rehabilitation clinics during my time in California. I also completed my Master's Degree in Kinesiology which allowed me to become more effective at sourcing, interpreting and applying exercise research to training.

Many of my clients have enjoyed improvements in strength, muscle tone, weight loss, flexibility and posture. I have also spent time working with older adults on neuromotor skills such as balance and coordination. My plans often incorporate corrective exercises designed to help optimize joint movement and identify muscular imbalances. In this way it is my goal to lower the risk of injury during physical activity and to improve your overall experience.

AUNDREA PAYNE: Group Fitness Coach

I began my fitness journey during the pandemic, where I experienced firsthand the transformative power of training. What started as a simple commitment to move my body became a dedication that reshaped how I showed up mentally, physically, and professionally.


That transformation ignited my passion for coaching. I believe fitness is one of the most powerful investments a person can make in themselves; it’s not just about physical change, but about building clarity, resilience, and the ability to perform at your highest standard in every area of life.


My classes welcome every level. You can expect structure, partnership, high energy, and a supportive push to go beyond your comfort zone. Each session meets you where you are, while challenging you to rise higher with intention.  Transformation is personal, but it doesn’t have to be solitary. Wherever you are starting from, you are supported, you are capable, and you are stronger than you think.
